I've used Lind-Waldock for almost seven years and never had a problem. In
the early years I called in my orders although now I do everything via the
Internet. I could suggest a few improvements to their online order entry
system but nothing about it amounts to more than a minor aggravation.
However, I'm more of a position trader and as such can not speak to the
needs of day traders. Their back office is strong, my statements are correct
and any issues I have had have been addressed promptly and courteously
