Frame Relay is a dedicated but shared data feed that connects remotely
located offices. Normally used to create a WAN or wide area network it can
also be used for point to point communications.

In the case of Hyperfeed they have created a WAN for distributing their
quotes via private lines. Hyperfeed will help you get it set up I am sure.
