The following answer is available at the Omega Research website in the
section referred to as download instructions and a list of improvements of
Service Pack 4c:
NOTE: Before installing Service Pack 4c, you must have Service Pack 3 (Build
707), Service Pack 4 (Build 768), Service Pack 4b (Build 769), or Service
Pack 4b plus the DTN fix (Build 770) installed. In the GlobalServer, use the
Help - About GlobalServer menu sequence to view the build number. If you do
not have Build 707 or higher of the GlobalServer, you must install the
Service Pack 3 CD, which was shipped to all existing customers in October
1999, before installing Service Pack 4c
