TS 4.0 Build 27 Q

I'm using Build 23 of 4.0 and I am trying to update to Build 27 via the 
patch.  Near the end of the update (at about 99%) I get the message "Need 
to import EDDate.ela into the program for update to be complete.  This file 
can be found at c:\omega\ts.  Check help file or our web site".

So I've gone into the QuickEdtitor/Transfer button within charting, and 
correctly "transferred" this ELA file in, but it seems to have made no 
difference.  I wonder ...is 'importing' it different from transferring it in?

The odd thing is that when I now click on HELP/ABOUT OMEGA SERVER, it tells 
me that I have Build 24 running.  Therefore, can anyone explain how I can 
get Build 27 up and running?  If necessary - to take me step-by-step what 
to do with this file ELDate.ela.
