Dear IB Customer,
CORRECTION: PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD A NEW TRADER WORKSTATION.
Yesterday we sent you an e-mail announcing a new TWS release as well as
describing the new method we will employ for our customers to get the new
release and all subsequent releases.
Many of you did as we asked and we have discovered customers behind
firewalls are being adversely affected by the new version.
We are working on instructions for our customers behind firewalls to get
over the hurdle and we will get them out to those affected. In the
meantime we respectfully ask that you ignore our letter from yesterday and
wait to download any upgrades until you hear from us again.
We regret this inconvenience and trust that you will find the TWS a better
trading tool after we complete the upgrade cycle.
