Market Playback tick by tick TS4.0

I remember seeing a program for TS4 that allowed you
to re-play back the market tick by tick.It also
allowed for user entered entry and exit points which
generated
statistical info about the trades. This would allow
you to back test a system without coding it in EL.
All I can remember about the name is it was named
after some aircraft or military Jet or term.

Anyone have any idea. I looked in pollution provider
list with no success.
