Description:
Provide technical support for a financial charting and analysis software application. Resolve customer technical issues and respond to
inquires relating to the use of the product via telephone and e-mail.
Skills:
Must demonstrate strong aptitude in the use of personal computers. Excellent written and oral communication skills. End user experience
with online trading and general knowledge of stock and futures trading. Experience using financial charting packages (Tradestation,
MetaStock, TC2000, etc...) would be helpful. Exposure to Visual Basic, VBA, or VBScript a plus but is not required.
