I seem to have a problem downloading omz files from
Omega.
When I used Internet Explorer 4.0 and logged onto
Omega's refresh site, I had no problems downloading
the omz data files.
Then my company upgraded to IE 5.0.
When I tried to do the download, it is sucessful, but
the file name has another ..om added to the end of it.
The filename looks like:
ny000113.omz..om
So I have to rename and remove the last ..om and all
is well.
I emailed Omega, and they said it was my IE5.0, but
have heard of these problems.
Then later on I upgraded my home AOL from 4.0 to 5.0,
which now includes IE 5.0.
Guess what, same problem came up.
Omega is the only site that I have this problem with.
Question:
Does anyone have this problem and knows how to fix it?
Or, is it a Omega problem that we have to live with?
