Screen Update Speed Charting emini

Greetings all,

I've been using TS for some time for trading stocks and am making a move to
trading futures. In the past and still true today with TS2Ki SP2, SP3 and
SP4 - when I chart the emini the screen update speed is intolerable.

Specifically what happens is:
- flashes (I can live with this)
- the cursor goes to hourglass for 3/4 of second in a rythmic pulsing manner
every 2 to 4 seconds. Even stipoping all indicators off causes this to
happen. It happens in all time scales. (this is my real issue)

Any thoughts on this? I don't see this behaviour with stocks at all, not
even the very high tick volume issues.
