CPU at 100% utilization with TS2K

Hi folks,

 Since I upgraded TS2K to Service Pack 4,
I noticed to problems
I use WinNT4 Service pack 6
and when I open the PowerEditor
I noticed that  it takes 80 to 100% of My CPU ressources
( .EXE)
I noticed the same problem today with NEWSSRV.EXE

When I rebooted my PC, I noticed that I had a messageBox telling me:
"Unable to retrieve News from the NewsMonitor"

Does anyone encountered the same problem?
