I loaded the new ROS to get Signal Cable to work with Y2K, and now my ROS is
downloading periodically (in the middle of the day) again. I wonder if
someone who DOES NOT have this problem could send me their OR_SERVE.INI
file -- perhaps I can figure out what is wrong.
