This seems to happen with studies which, at one time in their lives, were locked in TS4. So the password in TS2Ki is whatever it was in TS4 (back when the studies were locked).
But if you don't remember the passwords do this: open your TS4 PowerEditor and your ProSuite PowerEditor at the same time. Copy and paste the code from old files to new ones.
