TS Build 25 ...

Omega Users:

I got up late, missed the midnight date problems since my
boxes were purposely shut off and read all the problems
going on with the date change overs.

I installed build 25 and when it finished installing, it
told me I would need a file [something like ELdate.ela] to
be pasted in before my TS would be finished being compliant.
I can't find this file. Did anyone else get this message and
or know what file I am missing?
