Melody,
I installed the TS 4.0 BLD25 and have my old data that
I collected as SPOH now showing up ok on my charts as
SPH00. BUT there is a problem in that in the portfolio
the SPH00 contract shows "expired" even after having
run the portfolio update under the server cleanup.
Doubt data will collect beginning tomorrow [Sunday] on
SPH00 with it being marked "expired". What now?
How do I contact your tech support THIS WEEKEND? Rgds,
