I've DBC Sat and 75.04 ROS version and my Data Manager is operating normally

I switched my PCs off last night, but my Windows date was correct when I
switched them on this (late) morning.

Did you try to switch off you PC, the Signal Box (unplug the power  cable),
(unplug the cable from the satellite demodulator TOO)?

Wait for 10 seconds and replug eveything before switching on your PC
