Transfer TS4 studies?

I apologize for asking an often-asked FAQ, but...

I just reinstalled NT on my system.  (Only took 3 DAYS, and it's not
working right yet...)  I've installed TS4 and upgraded to build 24.  Now
I need to transfer in my data and my studies.

What's the best way to do that, again?  Thanks!

(Maybe the best thing is to clean house a bit, and only transfer out the
studies that I really want?  Except, hmm, I shoulda done that before I
reinstalled...)
