Off Topic - Windows 2000 Data Request

I am writing a tick file defragmenter for TS4 and would like to include
Windows 2000 as an operating system but I need to know what the W2000 DOS
emulation version number is.  If anyone is running W2000 and would like to
help, they can download the following DOS file (Dos_Vers.exe) from my
webpage.  Running it will create a text file called Dos_Vers.txt in the same
directory as the Dos_Vers.exe.
