Intraday Ascii to .OMZ File Utility ?

Hello O-listers,

Has anyone tried to figure out the .omz compression
format. It would be nice if OMEGA would provide a way
to convert intraday ascii data to an .omz file for
import to TS4.0 or TS2k. We all know Bill Cruz will
NEVER provide this utility so..... does anyone have
the knowledge to Rvs engineer this ?$$$$
