Go to Edit | Message Filters... | New
then create a filter for the "inbox" that "matches any of the
following":
"sender" of the message "contains" "eskimo.com"
"body" of the message "contains" "eskimo.com"
"to or CC" of the message "contains" "eskimo.com"
then move to a folder.
