Hi Guys,
I tried Nelson's letter a few years ago and found him personally great but his
material lacking. He was always salvaging systems with interest rates to bring
them up to useful. Net effect was it was just one T Bill rate system after
another. You can only get so far relying on T Bill rates.
Just an opinion.
