Although not automatic, to get the dividend yield on the S&P, simply
check the "Detailed" box for the symbol SPY:

it shows the dividend currently at 1.05%.  You can update
the dividend once every quarter or so, or after a big move, and
not be too far off on the PREM calculation.  You could calibrate
it to the current price, on the assumption there are no big
dividend changes, and use that as a more accurate div. yield:
   div_known = 1.05;
   spx_known = 1417;
   div_calc = spx_known / Close * div_known;

With those values, you can come up with your own fair value
calculation.  (the t-bill is $IRX on DBC).
