One of the great features of TS 4 WAS it's Help Files. Now, apparently
after I installed Build 23, those very handy TS 4 Help Files have been
REPLACED with something that looks like a modified version of the TS 2000
garbage help files!!!
I wonder how much Bill Cruz gets paid to make his products worse?
