Link from TS to Excel

I am an end of day user with TS2k (still have 4.0).  I follow about 40 
stocks.  I would like to have a print out of the current bar's data that can 
be found in the data window in TS.  This data includes trading envelopes and 
other indicators.

I figure the best way to do this is some kind of link between TS and excel.  
Obviously, I am not a programmer.  Any one else doing this?  Any 
suggestions?
