DBC forex & daylight savings time

After daylight savings time came around, my DBC forex daily updates seem to
be happening too late -- after the highs and lows are reset.  I guess my DST
settings must not be correct.  I wonder if someone who gets DBC forex data
would let me know how they have their TS4 exchange time settings set?
