Not sure that it's the dongle, rather the fact that TS4 takes 100% of the
CPU. Try this trick - open up the Server/Portfolio and leave it that way.
The CPU usage will drop to well below 50%, the input buffer for the server
will hover at around 40% and printing (actually everything) will be 4 times
faster.
One word of caution if you leave your system like this permanently - TS's
chart updates will be a second or so slower than normal. If that's important
to you, don't leave it that way.
