My ProSuite did the same thing and I had no Power Failure. I went into the
Exchange Dictionary and changed the DayLight Savings change settings from the
Last Sunday in October to the Fifth for all the Exchanges that I collect and
this fixed my offset and returned my session times to the correct times.
October has 5 Sundays instead of 4 this year so I think that is where the
problem stems from.

This morning we had a power failure and my computer rebooted. when it came back
up the following message was in the sever log.
10/24/1999 07:45>Datafeed offset from GMT changed from -240 min to -300 min
Why would the time change now that is not suppose to happen till next weekend
and how do you change it back.
