I think you missed my point.

As I responded privately to someone else on this list, let the evidence be
your guide.  The evidence you received was that this may very well be a
"spam" and the information about this "medical breakthrough" may not be
good.

Great.  You conducted an investigation, assembled the evidence and then -
AND ONLY THEN - did you make your decision.

But to arbitrarily write as others may have written that something is good,
bad or indifferent without evaluating the evidence, may not be in anyone's
best interest.
