TS2k may have trouble with TS4 data

I'm running TS2k offline, and updating data from TS4 via an import. It
seems to import correctly (I can see the new data in the server). 
Charting does not seem to be able to plot the new data, though. When I try
to change the date to the new last date just imported, I get an "Invalid
date" message. 

Tech support suggests: shut everything down, set up the server again, and
re-import all data. The odd thing is that it does not work the first time.
It is necessary to fire it up twice to get it to plot the new data.  It
does not happen on every update - perhaps every other one, or so. 

Communication between the server and charting may need a bit of work...

note to OM: I'm not whining about this, just reporting what happens. Note
I did not mention anywhere (except here) what a pain in the a.. it is to
have to do this. Of course, you may interpret anything negative as
whining...
