help!

fired up the server this afternoon (TS4.0) - tried to run the charting
module - gets almost loaded, to the point where the charts appear but then
it causes GPF for no apparent reason - rebooted- ran scandisk etc - no use.
 
Re-installed from a build-19 cd - still crashes!! Hopefully somebody has a
suggestion?
