I do it and run both at the same time but both in offline mode running NT.
I use both versions of the power editor at the same time as well as
charting. Have never had a problem. INstalltion is also not a problem.
So far both seem to coexist peacefully on the same machine.

Not a problem as long as your machine has enough speed and RAM and one the
TradeStations is in offline mode.
