BMI cable shows bid/ask (at the close 126.812/126.921), have you set it up
in "Insert Headings?" Right click the quote window. It should also show up
in the Quick Quote window, again, right click and select "Columns." Works
both in TS4 and TS2Ki (right click - "Format Indicator" on the quote page,
right click - Quick Quote Headings on Quick Quote).
