Mike:
Yes there is a strong coorelation. However, there are times when a
foreign market will go its own way. Many think, and it's true, that the
US market leads the other world markets. But again, there are times
when this is not the case. At those times it is difficult to establish
whether our markets are leading OR are being led by the overseas
markets. For example there will be days when the US market is
strong but the overseas markets will not participate. There are days
where the trends begin in the foreign markets. It's a matter of watching
and using judgment as to how the rubber band relationship
will play out.
