Yeah, they also got a great (though very carefully written so as not to
offend) review in Stocks and Commodities Oct issue. They prefaced that
review with this,
"Power traders have been discussing the product on the Internet
for almost a year now with vigorous, even rancorous, back-and-forth
discussion, but we also needed the opinion of someone without prior
exposure. As it happened, we had such a person on staff."
"Therefore, this discussion of Trade Station 2Ki, the product of
several users, will be from a first-time user point of view rather
than focusing on changes from the prior version."
Several on this list have complained that TS2Ki is for newbies, and that's
all Omega cares about. That view is now given credibility by TASC which
gets the nomination for "Best Joke of the Week" for their unbiased
coverage. Predictably, their newbie was impressed with what was described
as the "glitziest display in the industry," but why didn't they ask
seasoned users what we think or simply read the Omega List?
TASC should consider the implications of guilt by association. They think
so highly of Omega's wonderful products, they are going to do two more
reviews in the next two issues. I wonder if Bill needed knee pads to pull
that off. Too bad none of these jokers trades for a living, they would soon
see that the software doesn't work as advertised, period.
>>Omega Receives GREAT! Reviews, so what's wrong with all you people?
