TS:"unable to synchronize baudrate"

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. So far I have not gotten the
server running. I have tried 
1. removing the comport and re-installing it
2. shutting down the server and starting it up again
3. getting BMI to send me a new profile
4. trying another computer, with the Universal Market Server - getting data
but all errors.
5. checked the connections on both ends

Does this sound like a BMI box problem? (It's a satellite feed.)
