TS2k global variable issues

To get globals to work correctly, they must be calculated before they can
be used (duh :-). Does anyone know how to get TS2k to load a group of
pages in a certain order? Then, when loaded, what order are chart windows
calculated? And last, but not least, what order are indicators executed? 

In all of these, is the order of execution controlled by the order of 
loading or viewing or ???? 

Does the multi-threading affect this? Multi processors in NT? 

Anyone passed globals across pages, charts, and indicators successfully?
