UMDS - Universal Market Data Server
check their website - http://208.237.116.96/index.htm

Its an open server architecture - tons of programs are 
now working with it.

Well known programs like Windows on WallStreet DayTrader,
Optionvue, OptionSimulators, etc. all can connect to it.

even Mark Brown's TraderwareX mentioned supporting UMDS.
