Yes. There are two functions, UpTicks and DnTicks. Add them together and
plot them.
If you are plotting tick bars, you can plot the time each bar takes. This
lets you see how active things are. IMHO, ticks bars show tradable patterns
more effectively than time bars, especially with Globex data.
