Hi Simon,

Each time you want to delete some files, a safe way is to move them first in
another directory and wait for several days to check if everything is still
working fine.

And be careful when deleting some tmp files : first,  you have to close
every running application, included those in the system tray.

That's the same when you want to replace some files by some new ones.
First rename the old files, for example, rename MyFile.dll
by OldMyFile.dll
and insert the new files in the right directory.

Then again, wait for several days to see if there's any impact.
