MISSING BMI TICK DATA - TS 4.0

My computer crashed yesterday, so I downloaded tick data from Omega to
fill out the holes.  But Omega's data yesterday was incomplete also
(hurricane Dennis???).
Therefore, could anyone please send me the following BMI tick data for
