Attached is Futures Truth's reply to the recent question.  I'm not
really knowledgeable enough to take a "side" in this debate; i just thot
it would be interesting to hear from the subject company.

We do not normally allow new versions of a system.  In some instances we
will allow it, along with a name change to the system or something that
notes that the system has been changed.
