intra-day Value Line data

Hi List:

I'm looking for tick data on the Value Line cash index ($XVA) for years
'97-'99.
Also need tick data for symbol (MV U9) (mini Value Line).
Will pay for it or exchange.
If someone has traded the mini Value Line recently, I'd appreciate your
thoughts on it.
