Color Printers and TS?

Omega List folks:

I just upgraded all of the equipment in my trading room. I
networked all of the new Dell computers and I added a HP
4500 Color Laser printer to my setup. Everything went
smooth, but when I printed out a chart [in color] of a TS
4.0 chart that has colored indicators on the screen, I get
black and white. I double checked my setup of the printers
and no luck. Is there a simple solution staring me in the
face?
