It is a 30 minute read for a somewhat experienced system trader. It covers
several typical trading methods. The CD as far as I could tell was a free
subscription to MyTrack. I tossed it. I learned far more from Berstein's
Compleat DayTrader but both are introductory texts on daytrading futures.
