ASCII intra-day file in TS2K

I'm trying to open an ascii file with 8 fields (date, time, O,H,L,C,Open
Interest, Volume).  Open Interest is a dummy field created because TS2K
demands it even for intra-day (15 min) data.  After TS2k verifies that
the ascii file contains the same fields as the "Data Settings", I click
Done and no chart is created.

Anybody have any suggestions?  Thanks.
