First, did anyone else see an interruption in the Dow Average, INDU,
late today on BMI? My last tick was at 15:35 for INDU, but I did not
note a problem for anything else, including TICK and TIKI.
Now to the general discussion of the thread ...
The "best" channel is certainly based on a number of factors, many
related to the local cable company and its equipment in your area.
I began using BMI on AMC. Later I started getting a high percentage
of bad packets on AMC and switched to C-Span. This spring the local
cable company commandeered the C-Span channel mid day in preparation
of using that channel for a pay per view pro basketball game.
Boy, did they make my temper flare, but that is another story.
I switched back to AMC to still find too many bad packets. The next
day I was back on C-Span where I am today.
