Some O.R. ELA files not working in PS2k

Some of the original system ELA files from OR's website, once imported to
PS2k (TS2k), don't create signals - only on the screen, not on the tracker
or by e-mail. In TS 4.0 it worked perfectly as a system! One of the file is
"Atlanta if then else", I believe the ela file is "atlanta". Have even tried
to 'convert' it by the System Builder - no change.
