Exit Strategy

Hi,

could someone help me with code for the following exit definitions:

1. I want to exit the trade on the first profitable open after two
days.
It's the bailout exit.

2. If the trade is positive the stop should be always yesterdays low
or if the trade is negative the stop should be 10% of the entry price.
