Some of you who currently use the Globex system to trade might be
interested in the following item from the standpoint of overall system
stability or lack of it when this conversion occurs (on and around
the 9th of this month):

July 16, 1999—The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Board of Directors
has set August 9 as the start date for Regular Trading Hour trading of
Deutsche mark futures on the GLOBEX2 electronic trading system.
