people Russia didn't have more than 90,000,000 population, so it would be
more
like 25%.
If law abiding citizens were disarmed, it will be only government and
criminals
left armed. And you can never garantee that criminal will not become a head
of
state. Clinton just came close enough.
As you might know, rescent history of Yugoslavia was very turbulent one.
There
was lots of demonstrations across the country and citizens were harrased and
beaten up by police on regular basis. Except in a province of Montenegro.
Montenigrans are mointin people (no digresive jokes please) and possesion of
weapons is question of tradition. Well, during the demonstrations in
Montenigran
capital, police always kept the distance and didn't provoke any violence.
One advantage conservatives have over liberals is that thay are not so naive
when it comes to the powers of the state.
