The last IOM seat was at $205k. While that's =well= under
the all-time high of $300k+, it's also a far cry from the
bottom. In fact, a nice piece of change could have been
pocketed here as well....=if= anyone had the presence of
mind to buy a seat at the circa $120k prices they were
selling for last fall.
